Red Pepper Hummus

My co-worker provided this recipe, and I love hummus. This is much better than store bought

Serves: a bowl size
Vegetarian!

Ingredients
1 can Chick peas
1 cup sauteed red peppers
1/4 cup Tahini (sesame paste)
2 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
4 cloves garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
salt & pepper to taste

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Put all ingred. in a food processor and process til smooth. Season to taste with salt & pepper.
