<p>Our first big crop in the spring is plants! We open our greenhouse in May for bedding out plants, veggie transplants, and beautiful baskets, etc. The Market Store at the Farm opens then, too, filled with Ontario and local goods.</p>

<p>We host the annual Slow Food Pig Roast Fundraiser, and if the weather is good it&#8217;s fun to eat outside immersed in the farm.</p>
